## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in API implementation, technical onboarding, SaaS support, or another client-facing technical role
- Hands-on REST APIs, JSON, authentication/OAuth, webhooks, Postman, and OpenAPI
- Can test APIs, inspect logs/payloads, isolate root causes, and clearly document reproduction steps
- Comfortable guiding both technical and business stakeholders through an integration
- Strong customer support ownership across phone, email, and live chat
- Organized enough to balance queue coverage, multiple implementations, documentation, and follow-ups
