## About the role

As an Engagement Manager in our Commercial practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
- Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs are preferred
- Mindset: A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
