## About the role

Veeva is seeking a dedicated, full-time General Manager for Falcon Writer, our flagship AI-driven enterprise software suite for regulatory and medical authoring in Life Sciences. As the single P&L owner, this full-time leader will directly manage strategy, product development, customer success, and GTM teams to scale Falcon Writer across top global pharmaceutical enterprise accounts.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of full-time enterprise software leadership within Life Sciences, BioPharma, or Regulatory Tech environments (fractional, part-time, or contract applicants will not be considered)
- Proven track record as a dedicated, full-time P&L / Business Unit Leader scaling B2B enterprise SaaS solutions to BioPharma accounts
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of closing, expanding, and supporting strategic enterprise deals with BioPharma executives
- Exceptional prioritization skills with a sharp focus on quantifiable business outcomes and customer value over vanity metrics
- Outstanding communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
