## About the role

This is an essential role responsible for building the systems and environment that will enable Vega Health to scale as an enterprise and help our employees be at their best. This role reports directly to the CEO and works cross-functionally across every team at Vega Health.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field, MBA, MHA, MPH, or other relevant master's degree preferred
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or a related function, ideally in a highly regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling internal systems or operational infrastructure from an early stage, with a track record of translating organizational goals into practical programs and processes
- Demonstrated ability to understand potential business trajectories, and proactively put systems and changes in place to unlock growth
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- A genuine commitment to building an inclusive, high-trust workplace with comfort operating with ambiguity and making high judgment decisions
