## About the role

As an Engagement Manager, you will serve as the trusted advisor and day-to-day strategic partner for our customers. You will lead complex client engagements from strategy through implementation, ensuring organizations realize measurable business outcomes from the Vega Health Platform and other services and products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging cross-functional teams, guiding executive stakeholders through organizational change, and ensuring AI delivers exceptional value.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business/health administration, public policy, economics, or related field, an MBA, MHA, or other relevant graduate degree is strongly preferred
- 2-5+ years of experience in healthcare, health tech, management consulting, or a related field, with demonstrated exposure to enterprise B2B environments and complex stakeholder landscapes
- Proven experience owning end-to-end customer implementations or engagements in a B2B or regulated environment, with a track record of delivering on time, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving measurable value
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly assess incentive alignment within complex organizations and ability to build relationships, cultivate trust, and align stakeholders who are critical for project success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the presence to engage effectively with clinical, technical, and operational leaders across health systems
- Contemporary knowledge of the healthcare AI landscape, including financial drivers of AI adoption, buyer dynamics, and the clinical and operational challenges driving AI adoption in health systems
