## About the role

The Solutions Engineer will accelerate our partnerships , supporting the P artnerships and P roduct functions to translate our capabilities to prospective customers. This role reports to the Director of Products and Services and works collaboratively with the Partnerships function.

## What they're looking for

- Support the Partnerships function throughout the customer sales journey, serving as a liason between the Product and Partnerships functions
- Help ensure commercial commitments are technically realistic and aligned with product and engineering capabilities
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and tailor them to specific customer use cases, including developing and mocking-up early iterations of products
- Develop diagrams, technical documentation, and other materials that make complex architecture and systems understandable to both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospective customer workflows, infrastructure, data integration requirements, risks, and implementation needs early on
