The Associate Director, Commercial Analytics drives promotional effectiveness analytics for TRUTAKNA — measuring whether Vera’s promotional investment is working and shaping where it goes next. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Forecasting and Advanced Analytics, the role also carries opportunities to flex into support for commercial forecasting as business needs and the individual’s interests align. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of commercial analytics, business insights, or commercial data experience on biotech or pharmaceutical commercial teams
- Experience supporting patient-based demand forecasting, including funnel or patient flow models
- Hands-on experience with real-world data assets, including anonymized patient-level data, claims, lab data, specialty pharmacy or HUB data, and syndicated prescription or shipment data
- Experience working with internal business data sources, including CRM and field activity data, patient services data, and market access or channel data
- Advanced Excel, proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, Python, SQL, R a plus
- Practical, current proficiency with AI tools applied to biotechnology commercial work, with specific examples of where they changed the speed or quality of an output
