## About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's networking and CDN product areas. Networking includes the service mesh, Perimeter, VPC connectivity, and Microfrontends. CDN includes the caching layer, traffic security through WAF and DDoS mitigation, domains, and general ingress. You will set direction for how applications and services connect securely, how traffic enters Vercel, and how content is delivered quickly and reliably around the world.

## What they're looking for

- You've built and shipped networking, CDN infrastructure, service mesh, or private connectivity products
- You have the technical depth to reason about service-to-service networking, VPC connectivity, HTTP caching semantics, cache invalidation, TLS, DNS, and global request routing
- You have experience with Layer 7 security products such as WAF, DDoS mitigation, or bot management
- You understand the networking and routing challenges of composing independently deployed services into applications
- You have owned multiple connected products and set direction that other product teams built against
- You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on networking, connectivity, and security requirements
