## About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention has become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement.

## What they're looking for

- You've worked on developer tooling products, ideally CI/CD, code review, developer productivity, or AI coding tools
- You have deep hands-on experience with coding agents and a substantiated point of view on where they succeed and where they fail today
- You have the technical depth to reason about agent orchestration, evals, context management, and sandboxed execution
- You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
- You have experience with products whose output is probabilistic, including defining acceptance bars and measuring quality over time
- You have experience working directly with design partners or Enterprise customers on adopting new engineering workflows
