## About the role

Vercel is hiring a Senior HRBP to partner with our G&A organizations, Finance, Legal, People, and Security&IT. You'll work directly with C-Suite leaders to build people strategies that drive effectiveness, grow talent, and sustain a high-performance culture as we scale. This isn't a consulting role. You'll be embedded in the business, bringing strategic vision and operational follow-through in equal measure.

## What they're looking for

- Champion Vercel's culture and values, ensuring they're embedded in the day-to-day experience across G&A
- Identify and act on signals from engagement surveys, stay interviews, and team health check-ins
- Design and facilitate team offsites, workshops, and other programming that foster connection and alignment
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR generalist role supporting corporate / G&A functions
- Experience operating in a fast-scaling, global tech company, startup or high-growth background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as a genuine business partner, not just an HR service provider
