## About the role

As an Engineering Intern at Vercel, you will be an important part of our engineering team, working on real projects that will impact our products and customers. You will be mentored by experienced engineers and will be given opportunities to grow and learn. Work will vary by team - but your general scope will include, but not be limited to:

## What they're looking for

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, graduating December 2027 or May 2028
- Strong knowledge and capability with JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience with Go or Rust is a bonus
- You dig into problems rather than around them - you want to know why something broke
- You move work forward on your own. You surface blockers early instead of waiting to be asked
- You communicate well in writing. Much of how we work is asynchronous and written down
- Fluent with AI tooling and clear-eyed about it. You use it to move faster, and you can still explain, defend, and debug everything you ship
