## About the role

Configure Verifiable’s Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customer implementations, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, reporting, dashboards, and implementation-specific configuration. Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions, implementation tasks, and delivery plans.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customers
- Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and permissions
- Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
- Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and object/field-level security
- Experience with data migration, data repair, or data backfill activities using tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce reports, exports, and structured data imports
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical implementation tasks
