## About the role

Verkada is seeking a Business Systems Support Specialist to support its Business Systems team, growing internal user base, and sales team. This position will work with our Business Systems team and internal customers on the daily and proper use of our tools and processes. A successful Support Specialist is meticulous and driven to ensure that platform users have the very best possible experience when using our tools.
