## About the role

The Allocation Manager sits at the critical intersection of Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance. In this role, you will act as the strategic gatekeeper of our inventory, ensuring that available product is deployed to maximize financial return and honor key customer commitments. You will analyze large and exceptional orders, manage supply constraints, and partner directly with the Sales organization to validate true customer demand versus requested quantities.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Order Management, or Supply Chain Program Management
- Hardware Environment: Direct experience with physical hardware, complex industrial equipment, or capital assets — not solely software or services
- Logistics Expertise: Proven experience managing multi-pallet freight, WHS-to-WHS transfers, and US-to-International shipping, including working knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and freight forwarding
- Technical Aptitude: Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate technical equipment specifications, trailer or vehicle configurations, and regional compliance requirements
- Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-quarter project rollouts using standard templates, ERPs, and CRMs to track progress
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between Sales (commercial needs), Product (technical constraints), and Warehousing (physical reality)
