We are looking for a Senior Leave of Absence Associate to own and elevate our global leave programs, ensuring employees receive a seamless and empathetic experience during some of their most important life moments. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in global leave administration, benefits operations, or HR operations with hands-on leave ownership, 8+ years strongly preferred
- Direct experience calculating leave top-ups for variable-compensation employees (commissions, quota, draws), which is central to this role
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, PFL, workers' comp, STD/LTD, and state benefit offsets, international/multi-jurisdiction leave exposure
- Proven pay audit accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
- Independent, end-to-end ownership of multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, with excellent judgment and discretion handling sensitive information
