## About the role

As the Senior Global Operations Manager of Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics, you will own Verkada's global 3PL network and oversee inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics operations across multiple regions. You'll be responsible for optimizing supply chain performance, managing strategic logistics partners, driving cost savings, and ensuring world-class service levels.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, including 5+ years managing 3PL partnerships
- Experience overseeing global logistics operations across multiple regions and international supply chains
- Strong background in warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution network management
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Proven success driving cost reduction initiatives and improving operational efficiency through process optimization
- Experience managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and holding logistics providers accountable to SLAs
