## About the role

Are you the type of person who enjoys working with people and troubleshooting problems? In this role you will be responsible for working with Vermeer employees globally on computer use. We’re looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to solve problems while prioritizing issues. 1. Provide customer service to customers and team members in a timely manner through multiple forms of communication including phone, email, instant messaging, in person, and ticket requests.
