## About the role

We're looking for a Director of Payor Growth to join our growing team within Verse. We’ve established our business with a strong footprint in the Provider vertical. Now we are excited to be further expanding by deepening our Health Plan business, building our team under this vertical with a new approach to home medical supplies and healthcare at home. ## What they're looking for

- 10+ years selling in healthcare, including 5+ years selling to health plans, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets
- Experience sourcing and closing enterprise health plan contracts, managing the sales cycle across multiple executive stakeholders
- A demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on complex financial and regulatory domains within healthcare , to build deep fluency in Verse's product, operations, and customer value proposition
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to consistently deliver zero-defect work, and experience with CRM tools and other sales and marketing technology is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication, and a track record of leading others by setting high standards, understanding their motivations, and communicating empathetically
- Willingness to work extended hours when required
