## What they're looking for

- 3 - 7 years of product design experience shipping complex, workflow-heavy software in production, ideally B2B, healthcare, or other specialized professional tools
- An online portfolio with visually compelling projects/projects that use visuals to guide users through a premium experience
- Storytelling skills that get people excited about aesthetics
- High bar for visual design and interaction
- Mastery of Figma, including components, variables, and high-fidelity prototyping
- Strong product thinking: you understand the "why" behind what you design and can push back with reasoning
