## About the role

Verse Medical is hiring a RevOps Analyst / GTM Engineer. This role is a critical hire as we build out the revenue operations function at Verse. This is one role with two halves. The analyst half answers the questions leadership cannot answer today: where pipeline comes from, where it stalls, and what the forecast actually is. The GTM engineer half builds the systems that stop those questions from being asked again: the Salesforce object model, the routing rules, the data pipelines, the automations and agents.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, business operations, or analytics supporting a sales team. Time in a growth-stage company where you built rather than maintained counts for more than years on a résumé
- Strong understanding of GTM metrics, pipeline mechanics, forecast support, CRM hygiene, and sales process discipline
- Ownership of a system end to end. You have been the person accountable for a CRM, a reporting layer, or a GTM data pipeline, not a requester of tickets
- Comfort with ambiguity and no playbook. You will decide what matters most this month
- Strong SQL. You can write window functions and multi-CTE queries without looking them up, and you know how to sanity-check your own results
- Deep Salesforce. Object model, flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards, permissions, with hands in the org. Certification is welcome but not a substitute
