## What they're looking for

- At least 3 years of experience in the SDR and AE sales role as a pipeline builder and closer, and at least 1 year of experience as a sales leader
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a passion for developing talent and driving team success. This includes willingness to listen to call recordings and host coaching sessions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strategic approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
