## About the role

As an Senior Product Manager for Octopai & Unified Data Fabric, you will own the product vision, technical strategy, and roadmap execution for our automated metadata management and data lineage capabilities. Operating as a principal product leader, you will sit at the intersection of core platform engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive architectural consistency, seamless integration, and market differentiation across Cloudera’s enterprise data ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive product management experience (or equivalent technical domain leadership) building enterprise data platforms, data governance, or metadata management products
- Domain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of data fabric architecture, automated data lineage, metadata platforms, graph technologies, and enterprise data governance frameworks
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated success defining requirements for scalable distributed systems, enterprise APIs, and complex data integrations
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams without direct authority
- Communication & Synthesis: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategic narrative
