## About the role

Service Delivery Management: You’ll be accountable for Vertice’s service delivery into a portfolio of enterprise accounts, supported by Vertice’s broader delivery capability and resources. Strategic Client Management: You’ll work with our most strategic customers, some of the fastest growing and best known companies in the world, negotiating SaaS deals on their behalf.

- You are a clear, confident and compelling communicator — in writing, in conversation and in front of C-suite stakeholders
- You’re able to provide strategic insight to customers, understanding their challenges, pain points and opportunities. You have experience of moving this insight into action and delivering commercial value for large organisations
- You will bring real negotiation expertise to the role, with an in-depth knowledge of the available levers to pull and strategies to employ to get the best result across the full range of enterprise SaaS vendors
- You’ll be a creative thinker that challenges customers and suppliers to help reach desired outcomes
- You are an expert in driving the delivery of commercial change at organisations, who can manage stakeholder expectations, provide constructive challenge and ensure all key objectives and timelines are met
- You will bring substantial years of commercial experience in an indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting experience
