We're looking for a Director of Product to define and drive the next era of Remix: a multimodal planning and scheduling system that gives transit agencies a single, authoritative place to make smarter decisions across every service type they operate.

## What they're looking for

- You have 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise software products
- Have a track record of shipping high-quality products for sophisticated, workflow-heavy enterprise environments where the cost of getting it wrong is high
- Are a systems thinker who can hold both strategic vision and operational detail — you know when to zoom out and when to get into the weeds
- Have strong instincts for simplifying complexity: translating divergent customer needs and intricate business rules into clean, scalable product decisions
- Bring deep empathy for the professionals who use your product daily — planners, schedulers, dispatchers — and design with their real working context in mind
- Experience with resource management, labor scheduling, or workforce optimization software is a strong plus
