## About the role

Vida Health is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Member Experience to own the strategy and the execution of our member-facing product. You'll drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida's clinical and behavioral programs.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree at a minimum
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years owning consumer or patient-facing digital products
- Proven record of measurably improving engagement, retention, or activation at scale, both through what you shipped and through the strategy you set
- Strong hands-on analytics skills. You write SQL yourself, you're fluent in product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), and you know advanced experiment design and analysis
- Experience owning a product's whole lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through shipping, measuring, and iterating, while also setting its long-term direction
- Experience influencing exec and company-level decisions without formal authority
