## About the role

We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to help build the foundation for how people experience working at Videa. This is a builder role. Today, many of the basics you would expect in a scaling company either don’t exist yet or need to be built from the ground up. That includes onboarding, an employee hub, policies and documentation, and the systems employees and managers need to get answers and navigate the company easily.
