## About the role

The Professional Services team is a key part of VideoAmp responsible for onboarding new clients onto our platform or existing clients onto new solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure their successful adoption of VideoAmp's platform and solutions, including the setup and configuration of campaigns, integrations, and data flows, and with our internal teams, such as Sales, Account Management, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless and successful client experience.

## What they're looking for

- Manage and monitor ongoing client delivery, reporting, and billing operations across a portfolio of accounts
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires on the Delivery team
- Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff , maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team
- Understand various levels of KPIs (time to value, reporting accuracy, client satisfaction) and formulate strategies to meet and exceed both client and team goals
- Oversee and provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
- Determine needed improvements through review and analysis of recurring reporting, billing, or onboarding issues
