## About the role

Prepare journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations Help maintain and improve month-end close processes, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-4 years of experience preferably with a public accounting/private accounting mix
- CPA preferred
- Experience with one or more complex areas of accounting including but not limited to revenue recognition, inventory, stock-based compensation, debt/equity financing, business combinations or investments
- Experience leveraging automation, AI tools, or advanced technology solutions to improve accounting processes, reporting, reconciliations, or close efficiency preferred
- Ability to read and analyze financial statements/reports
