## About the role

We are looking for a Platform Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for Virtru's flagship Data Security Platform. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, developer experience, and technical innovation—helping our platform serve both on-premises and cloud-hosted deployment models while enabling seamless interoperability with specialized security solutions.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Product Management Experience: 3-7 years of product management in enterprise B2B, with a strong preference for experience in enterprise security, data protection, or data-centric solutions
- Security Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational knowledge of data security, privacy, and encryption concepts. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC and ITAR
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences
- Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrated ability and genuine eagerness to learn and understand new concepts, especially in security, compliance, and enterprise environments. Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
