## What they're looking for

- A bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or in Business Administration with a corresponding focus
- At least two years of working experience in a Big4 audit firm
- Very good knowledge of accounting principles (HGB & IFRS or US-GAAP) and financial statements
- Continuous improvement and development mindset – always looking for ways to enhance processes and efficiency, and a never-stop-growing mentality
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
