## What they're looking for

- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Music Business, Sports/Entertainment Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of customer-facing or sales experience , ideally in high-growth SaaS environments or the live entertainment industry
- Experience selling technology or enterprise solutions to promoters, festivals, or venues — or hands-on experience working within these environments
- You have early-stage DNA, ideally as a founding member or one of the first 10 employees in a startup where you excelled at creating your own path and enjoyed building the plane while flying it
- Experience in digital consultancy or transformation, particularly in helping organizations adopt new technologies or optimize digital strategies
- Deep passion for the live experience and a drive to empower the organizers who bring fans and artists together
