## About the role

Vivian Health is looking for an Account Executive to help build and scale our Direct Employer business, bringing Vivian’s talent marketplace and AI-powered hiring technology directly to healthcare employers across the U.S. As an early growth driver for this vertical, you will combine aggressive outbound prospecting, modern AI sales stacks, and high-level GTM strategy to build our direct-to-employer business.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in business development , outbound sales, or pipeline generation within a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of personally sourcing qualified opportunities through prospecting
- Plus 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive managing a full-cycle SaaS sales role, owning opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close
- Experience in a startup , growth-stage, or similarly fast-moving environment where you have operated with autonomy and helped build process rather than simply follow an established playbook
- Fluency in modern sales technology and AI-enabled workflows. Our current stack includes Salesforce, Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and AI-powered sales tools
- Hands-on outbound capability. You have full ownership over account research, contact identification, personalized outreach, cold calling, and persistent multi-channel follow-up
- Strong discovery, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect customer challenges to a clear business case
