## About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Director or Senior Director of Product to define, build, and scale the next generation of oncology products at Viz.ai — a role at the intersection of oncology, product, commercial strategy, AI, and customer experience. We're looking for someone who deeply understands the oncology ecosystem and can translate unmet needs into products that clinicians love, customers buy, and that ultimately help more patients access lifesaving treatments.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of oncology-adjacent healthcare experience (clinical, commercial, diagnostics, or life sciences), with a sophisticated understanding of the oncology ecosystem and clinical workflows
- 5+ years of product management experience building and launching complex healthcare, software, AI, or technology products
- A highly commercial mindset — comfortable sizing markets, understanding buyers, and connecting product decisions to revenue and growth, working in true partnership with BD and Commercial rather than owning commercial strategy solo
- Strong relationships within the oncology ecosystem, or a demonstrated ability to rapidly build credibility with leading clinicians and KOLs
- Strong understanding of modern AI products and real enthusiasm for agentic, AI-native development — comfortable prototyping your own ideas rather than only spec'ing them for someone else
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to move fluidly between clinicians, engineers, commercial teams, executives, and customers
