## About the role

Voltage is seeking an experienced EHS professional to oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while driving a proactive safety culture, reducing risk, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility. Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and environmental regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements
