## About the role

Voltage is seeking a detail-oriented PMC Specialist to support production planning, material planning, inventory control, and manufacturing scheduling within our growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will help translate customer demand into executable production plans, ensure material availability, and support on-time delivery objectives.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis
- Ability to analyze demand, capacity, inventory, and operational performance data
