## About the role

Voltage is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead customer and internal projects from order intake through production, delivery, and close-out. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality, cost, and customer expectations. Manage customer and internal projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 3–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, renewable energy, or technical environments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
