## About the role

Voltage is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support and enhance quality systems within a high-volume wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams on the production floor to drive defect reduction, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer quality standards.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with production quality systems and process improvement initiatives
- Background in wire & cable, harness assembly, or similar manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Experience with PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and CAPA methodologies
