## About the role

Voltage is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the Quality team in a high-volume wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise Quality Inspectors and Technicians while ensuring products meet customer specifications, internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

## What they're looking for

- Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of quality manufacturing experience may be considered
- Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing quality experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Experience in wire harness, cable assembly, automotive, electronics, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with incoming, in-process, and final inspections, as well as customer audits and corrective actions
