## About the role

Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, custom objects, page layouts, custom/formula fields, and validation rules Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other automation to streamline processes across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success

## What they're looking for

- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning environment, ideally a power user
- 5+ years experience as Salesforce administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required, Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred
- Hands-on expertise building Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and sharing rules
- Experience managing sandboxes, change sets, or DevOps tools for release management
