## About the role

This is not a ceremonial CFO role. It is a hands-on company-building role for someone who can operate at the executive level while still building the finance function from the ground up. - Capital Markets Athlete: You have led or materially co-led fundraising with founders and executives. You command respect from capital partners and ensure Vori is an elite steward of other people’s money
- FP&A Master: exceptional modeling and quantitative rigor, your math ties out and you can defend every claim line by line
- Strategic counterweight to founders: you push back with conviction, allocate capital intelligently, and think in multi-year arcs while driving near-term velocity
