## About the role

VTS is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to be the core driver of our unified GTM motion, working in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You've built a growth motion from the ground up before, and you know how to set direction while staying close enough to the work to execute it yourself.

## What they're looking for

- Own and build the growth motion, including identifying and launching the right channels and tactics for VTS's key business segments and buyer personas
- Build and launch full-funnel campaigns through the growth channels, and partner with the rest of the GTM team on distribution across every touchpoint, so buyers get one unified message
- Translate product positioning, market trends, and sales intelligence into campaign concepts that actually move buyers
- Create the different types of content and messaging that fuel your campaigns, and know how to brief others clearly when you need to bring someone else in
- Own the campaign calendar: prioritize programs based on business impact, pipeline goals, and what's happening in the market
- Partner tightly with sales to understand where deals get stuck, what accounts need attention, and how marketing can help move them
