## About the role

As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant , you will be the principal technical liaison between our product, sales, and customer success teams. You will provide tailored solutions for clients in the commercial real estate sector, specifically focusing on the complex VTS Activate product landscape (including Activate, Activate Workplace, Activate Multifamily, CBRE Host, and CBRE Host Building) .

## What they're looking for

- Deep experience with VTS Activate, CBRE Host, or comparable tenant experience/access control software platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of access control and building management systems (e.g., Kastle, CCure, AMAG, Building Engines, MRI, etc and their integration points
- Experience with additional property management or tenant experience software platforms
- Knowledge of commercial real estate operational workflows, including tenant relations, maintenance, and reporting
