## About the role

The Engineering Technician supports VulcanForms’ Applications and Process Engineering team by operating, maintaining, and optimizing our printers to enable applications development and production readiness. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with engineers to translate part designs into successful print builds while ensuring equipment readiness, print quality, and thorough documentation. The hours for this role are Wednesday to Friday and every other Thursday 6pm - 6am.

## What they're looking for

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+years of experience in additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or a hands-on production environment
- Familiarity with 3D printing or additive manufacturing concepts, LPBF experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with technical software tools and following detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to execute repeatable processes
- Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and learn complex equipment
