- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience , preferably in manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical device, precision machining, metal processing, or a similarly complex industrial environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing EHS programs and working directly with manufacturing operations
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements
- Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses
