## About the role

Design, build, and continuously optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires supporting Vultr's growing commercial org. Define ramp architecture, role-track design, graduation milestones, and readiness criteria.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in a quota-carrying or customer-facing revenue role (SDR, AE, SE, or CSM)
- 5+ years total experience in enablement, onboarding, or revenue program ownership, including building or running onboarding programs from scratch, solo or with minimal support
- Experience using data to connect onboarding programs to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention
- Skilled in Salesforce and Gong (or comparable tools) for rep performance analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable owning every piece of onboarding-related comms independently
- Proven ability to own a program end-to-end without a team, with demonstrable results from your own execution and cross-functional influence
