## What they're looking for

- Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data) w/in a high-tech company (required)
- Clearly understands the role requirements across technical and other corporate functions
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing sites, specifically, Ashby (or similar) and LinkedIn
- Ability to successfully manage compensation conversations, analysis and presentation to candidates with a high close rate
- Excellent communication skills, and professionalism, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
