## About the role

Program Accountability: Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of comprehensive data center builds, overseeing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. High-Stakes Facilitation: Lead and facilitate critical conversations, workshops, and decision-making sessions with technical leads and executives, ensuring alignment and resolution in high-pressure environments.

- 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization
- Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans, specifically in building and managing multi-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules
- Exceptional Communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audiences
- Deep experience in Organizational Change Management: Ability to drive process adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots
- Technical Fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and the critical path items required for infrastructure rollouts
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, "multi-vendor" builds where you were accountable for the entire program lifecycle
