## About the role

Partner with Hiring Managers to develop and refine compelling job descriptions and role specifications. Develop recruitment strategies and post job openings across appropriate job boards.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally in technical and/or high-growth environments
- Experience conducting various interview types, including behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Hands-on experience with selection tools such as video interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and recruiting metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
