## About the role

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $151,000 - $230,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi US Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

## What they're looking for

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive architecture and attribute trade decisions in multi-domain engineering environments
- Experience cultivating non-functional and quality attributes of system design such as Safety, Security, and other ‘built-in, not bolt-on’ characteristics
- Expertise with systems engineering analysis methods and creating artifacts such as Activity Diagrams, Functional Decompositions, FMEAs, and test plans
- Good technical risk sensitivity in order to make decisions with limited input and information
- Familiarity with decomposing industry standards into atomic, testable requirements, experience with Hardware Safety standards such as ISO 26262 or related standards is a plus
- Experience with Model-based systems engineering methodologies and tools is a plus (e.g. Jama or Polarion)
