## About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute test plans on closed course test tracks, and on road. You will be responsible for coordinating with engineers, prepping test vehicles, organizing test plans and schedules, executing and evaluating test vehicle performance, operating actor vehicles during testing, and providing support to the test operations team.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years experience in a test engineering or related autonomous vehicle development role
- Experience with Linux command line and data logging tools
- Python or MATLAB experience for data parsing/analysis
- Experience leading test campaigns at major proving grounds
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
